• Shop confidentially and secure with the knowledge that we provide discreet shipping on all of our packaging. It is impossible for anyone to know what is inside the box, only you will know what hidden treasures are to be discovered upon arrival.
• Your purchase is kept completely discreet and private from any nosy neighbors, delivery personnel or relatives.
• All orders are shipped in plain boxes with complete privacy.
• Each box contain FREE Return Shipping Label.
• Your credit card statement will read EAY Enterprise 8666645012 or simply EAY Enterprise LTD., so again no one will ever know where you were shopping.
• We strongly advice our customers to sign up for a user account. This enables a customer to view their order status. The benefits of a user account provides:
  • No argument on order cancellations and modifications.

  • Faster checkout to save your time.
  • Purchase history.
• Customers can sign up for a user account during checkout or after order placement.

• Standard shipping for orders in the US flat $6.95 regardless item quantity, weight and shipping address.
• Canada shipping charge is flat $16.95
• We usually do not ship using 1st day or 2nd day shipments BUT if you really need something fast for a birthday or a party or any other event you can send us an e-mail to Contact@101BacheloretteParties.com and we will do everything to help you get your product as soon as possible :).

• UPS Ground
  • West coast deliveries deliveries take approximately 1-4 business days
  • Central us states deliveries take approximately 3-5 business days
  • East coast take approximately 3-6 business days
• Note:

  UPS requires a physical street address for delivery. We Cannot Ship To PO Boxes.

• All UPS orders will receive a tracking number to their e-mail.
• UPS (www.ups.com) will be trackable as soon as the package leaves our location that evening.
• Note:
  • All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.

• Delivery to military addresses can take up to 10 business days and are shipped using UPS.
• All military shipments are marked with a $10.00 face value, the contents description to read “massager” and it is marked as a gift.

• Shipping to Canada charges are $16.95 flat rate.
• All Canadian customers will get a coupon of 10$ for 101BacheloretteParties right after their purchase.
• All Canadian orders will be marked on the customs form with a value of $10.00 to try to accommodate additional tariffs from being charged, however we cannot be responsible for any additional charges and taxes that customs may be require to pay.
• All Canadian shipments are shipped UPS Canada Standard
• Canadian orders take approximately 5-10 days to be delivered
• Note:
  • Sometimes problems occur in transit of packages. However we will always assist our customers in the resolution of these instances
